As Account Executive, Lauren acts as liaison between DaVinci’s nonprofit clients and our agency staff. She works with our Creative, Account Management and Production Teams to translate client needs into cohesive and effective omnichannel fundraising programs. Her responsibilities include data management, job trafficking, analytics, and quality control, to make sure each job is handled to the complete satisfaction of DaVinci’s clients.
Lauren began her direct marketing career over 20 years ago as an Account Coordinator at 21st Century Marketing. She quickly was promoted to Account Executive and began a 21 year relationship with various clients specializing in B2B, Non-profit and Multicultural markets. She was promoted to Senior Account Director when Specialists Marketing Services acquired 21st Century Marketing and remained the key contact for her clients. She specialized in creating strategic and successful marketing campaigns along with project management and planning to execute goals and objectives set by each account. She worked with each client to develop new strategies to improve program performance and used research and analytic insight to recommend changes to improve results. She worked with her Non-profit clients to help increase their cost per dollar raised, average gift and donor renewals. She measured and analyzed the performance of all campaigns which helped to reach and succeed their ROI and KPI goals.
