Vice President/Account Services
William has more than 20 years of direct marketing and e-marketing experience. Along with his account management skills, he is experienced in data management, analytics, and production – including digital printing, conventional packages, fulfillment, and inline multiweb print.
William came to DaVinci Direct from TBWA/Chiat/Day in Los Angeles, where he was an Associate Director of Analytics. One of his primary responsibilities at Chiat/Day was model building and usage for buyers/donors and prospecting for a wide variety of clients, including Volunteers of America, BMD, Next Century Communications, and National Direct Marketing.
One of the unique qualities that William brings to DaVinci client relationships is his experience on the non-profit client side. He held the position of Direct Mail Manager/Affiliate Relations at Volunteers of America in Alexandria, VA, and then later worked on the VOA account from the agency side. Having “walked a mile in your shoes,” William provides valuable perspective and insight that help DaVinci consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
William was also the Account Executive on the National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare account. In this role, he managed a program, which mailed 50MM pieces per year. It was a large and complex account, with more than 20 national mail programs (each containing 5-24 separate mail appeals), a monthly Renewal Series, and 4 Acquisition mailings per year, each with 5-15 packages per campaign.
In addition to Volunteers of America and The National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare, William’s past agency clients include Nissan, Infiniti, Energizer, Snapfish, Exxon/Mobil, Hearst Publications, Smithsonian Magazine, and Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association.
